It looks like the time you took on them was worth it. :) I love 'em. You did the reflections in the eye really well... it looks a bit like a landscape.
The horse head looks Epic! The horse sort of has a dreamy look about him, as if he wants to run free, or as if he is looking upon a landscape that he looks at yearningly, and you can see that he's wearing a bridle, showing that he is indeed a domesticated horse. :) He looks happy, and yet he still has a small wish inside of him to be free...
I can never get that insight about my own art, but I see it in others. :) Its fun to figure out what the horse's posture means, and what his emotions are. Or her. ;)
The reflections are really good. Maybe I should learn how to do that. :)

I'm glad the reflections turned out. They took me a long time to 'map out'.
Wow, great discription! That is exactally how it looks. Sort of wanting to run, but not being allowed...sweet insight ;)
