Bodan - The Guitarist for Manafest

Bodan - The guitarist for Manafest

Seriously, this scan of the drawing just doesn't do it justice!! There is so much detail that is missed because my scanner isn't a HD scanner :(

Ok, so some of you may know that I - along with my sister, brother and a friend - went to see music artist Manafest this past week. Well, while we were there I got pictures of the guitarist, Bodan, and the drummer, Travis, to draw. Here is Bodan and Travis will probably come soon. Well him and Mike Fisher of the Nashville Predators :)

This drawing took me 3 different days, and 7 hours to complete. I tried really hard to make Bodan look just like himself. To the point of where I was satisfied that it looked enough like him.

Manfest Signed Drawing

WOW! Two signings in 4 days!!

Last night my sister, brother, a friend and I all went to see Manafest. 'Twas an epic time, and I got to meet Chris again!!!!! He recognized me, but couldn't place where he had previously met me. YC Alberta 2010 was my answer.
We talked for a few minutes and I got him to sign this drawing (the last one I gave to him).
He is an awesome, God-filled person. If you have the chance to go see him, DO IT.

Manafest was the first person to sign a drawing of himself that I had drawn. I love how he wrote 'Created to Create'. It is so awesome that it may become what will be printed on my business card.
More information on the concert, click here to go to my other blog and here to my sister's blog.

THANKS CHRIS!!!!!!!!!!

Shea Weber - Signed Drawing

I spent over 3 hours on each drawing
I have purposely blurred my name out for my blog

Shea Weber, the Captain of the Nashville Predators (NHL) was doing an autograph signing session at a store near to where I live. Of course, as you all know, I am a huge hockey fan and just had to do this, no matter what the team; the player!
He was so nice, and to be sitting and getting his picture taken all over-and-over must be hard.
I did two drawings, one that I wanted signed, and another that he could take and give to a family member or friend...or just keep! He choose the top drawing which left the bottom drawing to be signed (if I had to choose a drawing, I also would have taken the top drawing) :)

Thank you SO much, Shea!!!!!!!
